About our "Philosophy and Vision"
"Space Regeneration and Distribution Company"
~Creating value for society by revitalizing and sharing idle assets~
Since its founding in 2005, TKP has pursued the concept of "integrating IT and financial tools." We have uncovered latent needs in areas of society that remain inefficient, creating new business models and injecting value back into existing real businesses.
The first of these is our rental conference room business. By utilizing idle real estate owned by companies and combining it with the powerful customer-attracting power of IT to offer it to customers at reasonable prices, we have successfully created a new market that brings value to both companies and customers.
We operate over 2,500 rental conference rooms across Japan.
TKP's core competency is our commitment to continuously pursue true profits without setting limits.
Going forward, we will further expand our conference room facilities and services. In addition, to meet the diverse needs arising from our conference room rental business, we will organically link a wide range of fields, including rental, food and beverage/restaurant management, hotel/accommodation training, travel-related businesses, and BPO businesses, as we strive to provide comprehensive services with even higher added value for our customers.
We believe that the mission of a company is to "continue to provide what the world needs."
We will continue to actively challenge ourselves to build new business models,
contributing to society by creating greater value.
