Job Description
You will be responsible for acquiring pre-owned properties in Kei-Ai Star Real Estate’s new business division, the Pre-Owned Housing Renovation Project.
As this is a newly launched business (since January 2025), both existing and new areas are expanding rapidly. We are looking for candidates who can work as future managerial prospects.

Main Responsibilities

Collect information on “land for sale with pre-owned houses” from real estate agencies

Analyze market trends and conduct on-site property inspections (with supervisors)

Prepare business plans including purchase costs and sales prices

Coordinate with construction and design teams to determine renovation policies

Sell value-added renovated properties to both B2B and B2C customers

Handle contract negotiations and prepare related documents

This project started in January 2025 and is expected to play a central role in the future growth of the Kei-Ai Star Real Estate Group.
We are actively planning to open new branches in untapped areas. Candidates with strong local networks and real estate experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Note: For candidates in areas where the company has not yet established branches, if you already have a strong local real estate network, the company may consider expanding into your area (for candidates with experience in pre-owned property resale only).

Scope of work subject to change: All business operations within the group.

Salary & Compensation

For Experienced Candidates

Expected Annual Income: ¥5,000,000 – ¥10,000,000

Determined based on experience and skills

Previous salary guaranteed (annual salary divided into 14 monthly payments)

From the 2nd year, salary will follow company’s pay regulations

Full-time employment with a 6-month probation period

For Inexperienced Candidates

With Real Estate License (宅建):
Base Salary ¥300,000+ per month + commission + allowances
(Includes fixed overtime pay: 25 hrs / ¥47,000; excess paid separately)

Without Real Estate License (宅建):
Base Salary ¥250,000+ per month + commission + allowances
(Includes fixed overtime pay: 25 hrs / ¥39,000; excess paid separately)

Candidates with 3+ years of work experience will start as full-time employees

6-month probation period (no changes in pay or benefits)

Other Compensation

Promotion: Once a year (April)

Bonus: Twice a year (July, December), based on company performance and personal evaluation

Working Hours

9:00–18:00 (8 working hours + 1 hour break)

Additional 30-min break before overtime (18:00–18:30)
