Salary:
Base Salary: ¥230,000 – ¥350,000 per month
Total Compensation: ¥247,000 – ¥367,000 per month (including allowances)

Allowances:
Overtime allowance
Night shift allowance: ¥5,000 per shift
Lodging allowance: ¥2,000 per stay (6 times/month)
Qualification allowance (e.g., for Large Vehicle License)
Commuting allowance: full coverage (with upper limit)
Family, housing, role-specific, and other allowances available
Bonus: Twice a year (depending on company performance; 0–2 months, 1 month paid in 2024)
Salary Increase: Once a year (based on performance and evaluation)

Working Conditions
Work Hours (Shift System):
Early shift: 7:00 – 16:00 (1-hour break)
Late shift: 12:00 – 21:00 (1-hour break)
Overnight shift: 15:00 – 24:00 (2-hour break, followed by overnight stay until 7:00, then morning off)
Overtime: 20–30 hours per month
Days Off: 8–9 days/month (shift system)
Annual Holidays: 105 days
