Job Description

As an engineer, you will lead projects by understanding cutting-edge technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, and optimization. You will identify and analyze client business challenges, propose and design optimal technical solutions, drive alignment, and oversee implementation and delivery.

Flexible working hours during probation

Core time: 10:30 – 16:30

Flexible hours:

Start: 7:30 – 10:30

End: 16:30 – 20:30

Break: 1 hour between 11:00 – 16:00

Working Hours

Regular: Specialized discretionary labor system (8 hours/day)

Deemed working hours: 8 hours/day

General office hours: 9:30 – 18:30

During probation: Flexible working hours as above

Compensation

Annual Salary: ¥6,000,000 – ¥12,000,000

Salary System: Annual salary basis, paid monthly (1/12 each month)

Includes fixed overtime pay (¥130,050/month for 45 hours). Extra hours compensated separately

Final salary determined based on experience and previous compensation

Bonuses: Twice a year (January and July)
