Job Description

You will mainly support residents with daily activities such as meals, bathing, and toileting.

Responsibilities include:

Providing care at Special Nursing Home Sumire-en

Inputting daily records using a PC

Assisting with resident transportation (company vehicles are automatic)

Night shifts (approx. 4–5 times per month after about 3 months of training)

Qualifications

Requirements:
We especially welcome applicants from Myanmar who are currently residing in Japan.

Valid Specified Skilled Worker (Caregiving) visa

Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N3 or higher

Preferred:

Certified Care Worker (Kaigo Fukushi-shi) qualification

Basic PC skills

Valid driver’s license

Working Hours

Variable shifts:

06:30–15:30

08:00–17:00

09:00–18:00

08:30–17:30

09:30–18:30

17:00–09:00 (night shift)

Break: 60 minutes

Average overtime: 2 hours per month

Holidays & Leave

Annual holidays: 105 days

Two days off per week (schedule-based, with consultation possible)

Paid leave: 10 days after 6 months of employment

Other leave: summer, condolence, special leave, birthday leave

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Increase:

¥800–¥2,000 per month (based on previous year’s results)

Bonuses:

3 times per year

From ¥350,000 (based on previous year’s results)

1st year: 2.6 months’ salary

2nd year: 3.5 months’ salary

3rd year onward: Full amount (with performance evaluation)

Allowances:

Housing allowance: ¥2,500 (if under applicant’s name)

Night shift allowance: ¥5,000 per shift

Commuting allowance: up to ¥15,000/month (¥40 per km, min. 100m)
