Since our founding in Hawaii, our casual restaurant brand has continued to be loved by people all over the world. Our Japanese subsidiary, part of an international parent company, is expanding nationwide.
In 2024, we also launched a new café concept.
We are now seeking Store Manager Candidates for our Hawaii-born restaurant & café chain. Our goal is to create a warm and welcoming space filled with smiles and kindness—an atmosphere where customers feel that visiting us makes them happy, not just satisfied with delicious food.
Responsibilities:
Hall service (greeting, seating, serving drinks, handling payments, cleaning, etc.)
Kitchen operations (food preparation, cooking, dishwashing, etc.)
Recruiting, training, and developing staff
Sales management
Inventory management and ordering
Operational improvements
Hygiene and sanitation management
Planning and executing store initiatives
Scope of work may include other general company operations.

Customer-facing service experience (B2C)

Work Schedule:
Shift system (between 6:30 – 23:30, depending on store location)
Hours vary for street-front and commercial facility stores
Holidays & Leave:
Shift-based days off
Annual holidays: 108 days + 5 planned leave days
