Position: Consultant for In-House Product Improvement (Consolidated Accounting System DX)
Employment Type
Full-time
Job Description
As a Consultant for In-House Product Improvement (Consolidated Accounting System DX), you will go beyond simple system support or implementation assistance. Acting as a Product Designer who connects customers, BPO, and development teams, you will design reproducible value and drive the growth of our products and services.
You will begin by engaging with customers and internal users, then gradually take on product improvement and service design responsibilities. Ultimately, you will play a core role in promoting a new business model we call “BPO-SaaS.”
Step 1 (First 3–6 Months)
You will start with field-related work to gain a deep understanding of our products and customer operations:
Responding to inquiries from the BPO service division (internal users) and customers
Delivering product training and conducting seminars/workshops
Analyzing the background of inquiries to identify root causes and consider system-based solutions
Step 2 (After 6 Months)
Based on your experience and strengths, you will move into more advanced design, improvement, and planning tasks:
Promoting accounting productivity improvement projects (operations, RPA, DX promotion)
Planning and proposing service/solution improvements
Supporting product requirements definition, specification design, service design, and operations design
Collaborating with development, BPO, and sales teams on business strategy and value co-creation initiatives
Growth Opportunities
Acquire both system knowledge and accounting domain expertise
Gain end-to-end experience: customer interaction, product improvement, and business strategy
Build long-term market value by understanding upstream processes rather than being limited to “short-term” downstream tasks
Engage in core business areas such as group management and accounting
Key Features of the Role
Abstract and generalize common challenges from 1,200 client companies and convert them into systemized solutions
Structure customer feedback and collaborate with engineers, BPO, and planners to co-create value
Take a role beyond customer success—be directly involved in product growth and business development
Career Path
Engage in upstream work such as product planning and service design
Advance into a Product Manager (PdM) role leveraging your customer proposal/negotiation skills
Move into a management role spanning multiple departments
Message from the Company
In October 2022, customer support functions for DivaSystem were transferred to Avant Corporation. As of July 2025, these functions will be re-transferred to Diva Corporation.
To embody our “BPO-SaaS” concept and evolve further, you will help improve our products based on feedback from approximately 1,200 end-users and 400 Diva employees involved in BPO services used by about 300 companies.
Our department includes professionals with long-term experience in DivaSystem development/operations and certified public accountants, so you will have strong support in your role.
