Job Description
We are seeking a Project Leader to drive success in projects that integrate HRTech × Government × Regional Revitalization from planning to completion.
As a third founding member of our new business development organization, you will have the opportunity to take ownership and grow new services and businesses.
We are the first in-house venture of the PERSOL Group, one of the largest HR companies in Japan, and have launched and operated multiple new businesses. Role & Responsibilities
You will serve as a project leader for government projects utilizing our HRTech product, the HITO-Manager ATS. Specifically, you will contribute to the Cabinet Office’s Migration Support Grant Project, supporting regional revitalization.
Project Management & Operations
Maintenance and operation of ongoing projects
Schedule and quality control
Risk analysis and countermeasures
Bidding and year-end processes
Team Management
Supervise and mentor project team members (approx. 10 people)
Coordinate with internal departments
Provide progress reports and resolve issues
Stakeholder Management
Client reporting and proposals
Requirements definition and specification adjustment
Contract and delivery management
You will receive OJT support from experienced government project managers. Main focus is on existing clients, with opportunities to expand into new areas as well.

Headquarters: Toyosu Front 7F, 3-2-20 Toyosu, Koto-ku, Tokyo, Japan
Access: Directly connected to Toyosu Station (Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line)
Initial onboarding (first month) requires office attendance.
After onboarding: about 1–2 times per month for meetings.

Salary & Benefits
Annual Salary: 4,500,000 – 5,990,000 JPY (approx. 45–59.9M yen)
Monthly Salary: 251,700 – 346,000 JPY (base salary: 251,700 JPY~)
No fixed overtime included (overtime paid separately, by the minute).
Salary based on an assumed 180 working hours/month.
Salary adjustment & promotion: Twice a year (April, October)
Bonus: Twice a year (April, October)
