Position Overview
You will be responsible for inside sales of the recruitment management system HITO-Manager (HRTech × SaaS), which enables efficient hiring of part-time and temporary staff.
Your mission will be to generate new business opportunities by reaching out to companies through non-face-to-face communication channels such as phone and email.
As you will collaborate closely with the marketing team on lead generation, this role provides an excellent opportunity to gain a wide range of skills.
You will also be part of the sales organization, allowing you to directly receive feedback from the field and experience both the speed and excitement of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Outreach
Approach potential clients through phone and email using prepared lists. Once an appointment is secured, you will hand it over to the field sales team.
Design of Inside Sales Activities
Identify which targets yield higher appointment rates and take ownership of business design and PDCA cycle management.
Marketing Collaboration
Analyze client sales activities, research customer needs, and benchmark successful competitors to build lists of potential leads.

Work Style & Office Attendance
First month (onboarding): expected to work on-site at the Toyosu office.
Monthly: attendance required on the last business day for closing meetings.
Twice a year: attendance for company kick-off events.
After onboarding, standard requirement is 1–2 office visits per month.

We develop and operate our own HR × Tech web products aimed at innovating the part-time and temporary recruitment industry.

Compensation
Estimated Annual Salary: ¥4.5M – ¥6.0M (includes performance-based bonuses and assumes ~20 hours of overtime per month)
Monthly Salary: ¥260,700 – ¥312,500 (Base salary: ¥220,700 and up)
Overtime allowance: fully paid (in 1-minute increments)
Bonuses: Twice a year (based on performance evaluation)
Salary increases/promotions: Twice a year
Additional allowances: commuting, position, regional, and contribution allowances (based on the new HR system)
Working Hours
Flextime system (no core hours)
Standard working hours: 8 hours/day (e.g., 9:30–18:30)
Break: 60 minutes
Expected overtime: 0–10 hours/month

3 months (no change in conditions)
