As you will collaborate closely with the marketing team on lead generation, this role provides an excellent opportunity to gain a wide range of skills.
You will also be part of the sales organization, allowing you to directly receive feedback from the field and experience both the speed and excitement of the business.

Frequent collaboration with field sales through morning meetings and regular sessions, creating a close-knit, supportive team culture.

Shared success: when an appointment you’ve set leads to a closed deal, the whole team celebrates.

Opportunity to support client performance in a highly collaborative structure, with roles divided across new business development, consultation, negotiation, closing, and operations.

Work with a rapidly growing HRTech service that offers significant opportunities for personal growth and fulfillment.

Flexible career path: potential to move into customer success, marketing, or sales planning within the same organization.

Family-friendly: many members are parents; the environment is understanding of family responsibilities such as childcare or emergencies.

Enjoy the excitement of a startup-like culture within the stability of a publicly listed group company.
