Service Desk Operations
Primary system support desk
Subsystem operation support
OA support desk services for client employees
PC operation/MS365 operation support
Account registration, modification, and deletion
File server access rights management
PC kitting
Organizational change support (including preparation; peak workload in January and March)

Salary
Expected salary: ¥231,000 – ¥241,000 (Base salary: from ¥231,000)
Salary type: Monthly salary
Overtime: None (no fixed overtime included)
Bonus: Twice a year (0.32 months × 2 times)
Working Hours
9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (1 hour break)
Mainly weekdays, but work on Saturdays and holidays may be required depending on project status
Contract Term
Contract employee (renewal cycle: every 6 months)
Start date: February 1 (if this falls on a holiday, the next business day)
Probation Period
6 months (same conditions apply)
