Job Description

Position: Specified Skilled Worker – Life Support Staff (Nursing Care)
Facility: Special Nursing Home for the Elderly (Unit-type, all private rooms)
Location: Komaki City, Aichi Prefecture

Main Duties

Provide daily living support (meals, bathing, toileting) in a family-like environment, working in small unit groups of around 10 residents.

No prior experience or qualifications required. Senior staff will provide thorough training.

Training program costs (such as Certified Care Worker Practical Training) are fully covered by the facility for skill development.

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent employee

Probation Period: 6 months (same conditions)

Working Hours: Variable working hours (monthly system)

Shift 1: 07:00 – 16:00

Shift 2: 12:00 – 21:00

Shift 3: 21:00 – 07:00 (approx. 4 times per month)

Break: 60 minutes (day shift), 120 minutes (night shift)

Salary & Benefits

Annual Salary: ¥2,800,000 – ¥4,030,000

Monthly Salary: ¥181,000 – ¥260,000

Base salary: ¥181,000 – ¥260,000

No fixed overtime allowance included

Allowances:

Commuting allowance: up to ¥20,000/month

Qualification allowance:

Helper Level 2: ¥2,000

Certified Social Worker: ¥7,000

Certified Care Worker: ¥10,000

Night shift allowance: ¥7,000 per shift (average 4 times/month)

Housing allowance: up to ¥20,000

Other: Care improvement allowance, family allowance, year-end/New Year allowance, clothing allowance

Salary Increase: Available (¥1,000 – ¥4,000/month, past record)
Bonus: Twice a year, equivalent to 3.5 months’ salary (past record)
