Job Description

Position: Specified Skilled Worker (Nursing Care)
Facility: Special Nursing Home for the Elderly (Tokubetsu Yogo Rojin Home)
Location: Aridagawa Town, Arida District, Wakayama Prefecture

Main Duties:

Provide nursing care services at a special nursing home for the elderly

Physical care: assistance with meals, bathing, and toileting

Daily living support: cleaning, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment

Recreation: planning and implementing recreational activities

Care documentation: preparing and maintaining care records

Other related duties as assigned

You will provide nursing care services both for long-term residents and for short-stay residents.

Salary & Benefits

Annual Salary: ¥2,893,000 – ¥2,974,000

Monthly Salary: ¥165,000 – ¥195,000

Base salary: ¥140,000 – ¥170,000

Includes special duty allowance and care improvement allowance

Bonuses:

Twice a year, based on performance (actual record: 4.2 months’ salary)

Care improvement allowance (lump sum):

March: approx. ¥165,000

June: approx. ¥55,000

Salary Increase: Possible (¥0 – ¥2,200 per month, past record)
