Job Description

To further expand our operations, we are now recruiting a candidate who can grow into an executive position.

Responsibilities

Project management for IT strategy planning, IT cost reduction, IT system procurement, PMO, etc.

Business reform, business analysis, business design, and IT consulting.

Project management for large-scale core system renewal projects.

You will work primarily with major clients, covering everything from business reform and IT strategy planning to IT implementation and new business development. Clients include both domestic and global enterprises in finance, manufacturing, human resources, telecommunications, and more.

Example Projects

Development of a data integration platform and DSP system connection project for a telecommunications company.

Replacement of a core database server for a foreign life insurance company.

System integration project for a foreign pharmaceutical company.

Working Hours

10:00–19:00 (1-hour break: 12:00–13:00)

Average overtime: approx. 25 hours/month (under 30 hours)

Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture (Acros Fukuoka 12F, 1-1-1 Tenjin, Chuo-ku)

Or nearby client sites in Fukuoka

Remote participation in projects at other locations may be possible

Compensation

Annual Salary: JPY 10M – 20M

Salary System: Annual salary (including 40 hours of fixed overtime, excess paid separately)

Manager-level and above: Discretionary work system

Allowances: Commuting allowance (per company policy)

Retirement Plan: None (corporate defined contribution pension available)

Housing: Dormitory available in Tokyo (eligibility requirements apply)
