Role:
Support for restaurant customer acquisition, operational support, and business management (Remote)
Outbound calls to secure appointments
Business meetings (via phone and web conferencing)
Order processing and contract renewal follow-up
Follow-up for certain stores (reservation activation, unpaid account handling, customer nurturing, upsell proposals)
Number of assigned stores: approx. 1,500 (gradually assigned after joining)

Requirements:
Mandatory:
Experience in inside sales or solution sales for the advertising industry or B2B intangible products (any years of experience)
Or experience handling phone calls in a call center (any years of experience)
Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, Email)
Preferred:
Experience in establishing an inside sales team
Strong communication skills
Working Hours:
Standard working hours: 8 hours/day (9:00–18:00, 1-hour break)
Average monthly overtime: under 20 hours
