Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Match candidates with client companies

Confirm existing client needs and expand business opportunities

Acquire new clients through calls and visits

Staff matching: interview candidates, check conditions, propose suitable positions

Coordinate start dates for new staff

Management: follow up with staff, check workplace environment

Requirements / Skills:

Required:

No prior industry or job experience necessary

Valid driver’s license (AT allowed)

Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, Email)

Preferred / Welcome:

Experience in individual sales or strong communication skills

Working Hours / Schedule:

9:00 – 18:00

Weekends and public holidays off

Overtime: ~10–20 hours/month

Holidays / Leave:

Full two-day weekends (Sat & Sun) and public holidays

Paid leave: 10 days/year (up to 20 days based on tenure)

Salary Details:

Base salary: ¥220,000+ (increase ¥10,000 after probation)

Monthly fixed allowance: Job allowance ¥10,000+

Fixed overtime allowance: ¥30,000 (10–20 hours/month equivalent)

Annual raise: once per year

Bonus: twice per year (August and December)
