Responsibilities
Lead and participate in various client projects from the upstream process through to implementation.
Conduct meetings with clients and provide UI proposals and UI design.
Manage the full cycle: development, testing, and deployment.
Act as Project Leader and oversee project progress.
Support the expansion of existing projects and acquisition of new projects.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary
Annual income: ¥6.3M – ¥8.7M
Monthly salary: ¥406,000 – ¥556,000
Base salary: ¥339,600 – ¥464,800
Example: Annual income ¥7.1M = base salary ¥379,000 + overtime (25h/month) + biannual bonus (4.4 months).
Bonuses
Twice a year (June and December).
Past performance: 4.4 months.
