Application Requirements

At least 2 years of professional work experience, with a strong interest in becoming a consultant (specialized expertise is a plus)

Strong logical communication skills and critical thinking ability

Office work experience, including basic PC skills and creating documents using MS Office

Preferred:

Experience in client-facing roles or customer negotiations is desirable.

Practical consulting skills are not required prior to joining, as you will be able to acquire them after entry through the company’s abundant internal knowledge and resources.

Responsibilities

IT strategy planning, IT cost reduction, IT system procurement, and project management (PMO)

Process/IT consulting related to business reform, business analysis, and business design

Project management of large-scale core system renewal projects, etc.

You will work mainly with large clients, handling a wide range of consulting services from business reform and IT strategy planning to IT implementation and new business planning.
Clients include major companies across industries, both domestic and foreign, such as finance, manufacturing, human resources, and telecommunications.

Project Examples

Development of a data integration platform and system connection project with DSP providers for a telecommunications company

Core database server replacement project for a foreign life insurance company

System integration project for a global pharmaceutical company

Compensation

Annual Salary: JPY 4,000,000 – JPY 10,000,000

Base Salary: JPY 3,021,952 – JPY 14,021,952

Fixed Overtime Pay: JPY 978,048 (equivalent to 480 hours per year)

Additional pay provided for overtime exceeding fixed hours

Allowances: Commuting allowance (per company regulations)
