Position: Infrastructure Engineer (Fukuoka Office)
You will be the first Infrastructure Engineer hired at our Fukuoka base. We are looking for someone eager to take on challenges and help us expand and build the foundation of our IT Infrastructure business in this new phase.

Job Overview
An Infrastructure Engineer builds and operates the foundation (servers, networks, security systems) required to provide IT services safely and reliably. This role is critical in protecting businesses from system failures and security risks—truly the “unsung heroes” of IT.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Construction
Design and build IT infrastructure such as servers and networks.
Includes cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Operation & Maintenance
Monitor and ensure stable operations of existing systems.
Troubleshoot issues, apply updates, and respond quickly to problems.
Improvement & Optimization
Propose and implement performance improvements and security enhancements.
Work mainly in a client-site (SES) style, often close to end-users.

Salary & Benefits
First-year annual income: ¥3,160,600+ (approx. USD 22,000)
Monthly salary: ¥270,000–¥400,000 (after training) + bonus (performance-based) + raises twice a year + allowances.
During training (2 months): ¥230,300/month.
Includes fixed overtime pay for 30 hours (¥44,300+). Extra hours are fully paid.
Average overtime: 17 hours/month.
Working Hours
9:00–18:00 (may vary by client site).
8 hours/day + 1-hour break.

Annual holidays: 124 days
Full 2-day weekends (Sat & Sun) + national holidays.
Paid leave (5 days after 3 months, +5 days after 7 months).
