有料老人ホーム内で主に以下の訪問介護業務及び環境整備：
・入浴介助
・食事介助
・記録業務
・トイレ介助
・清掃
・備品片付け
・おむつ交換
・調理補助

定員も１５人の少人数なのでゆっくりと仕事ができます。
仕事に慣れるまで先輩方がしっかりサポートします。

Job Description
Work within a fee-based nursing home, mainly providing the following home-visit care services and facility maintenance:
Bathing assistance
Meal assistance
Record-keeping
Toilet assistance
Cleaning
Organizing supplies
Diaper changing
Meal preparation support
Key Points / Highlights
All work is conducted inside the facility, so there is no travel involved.
The facility has a small capacity of only 15 residents, allowing staff to work at a comfortable pace.
Senior staff will provide thorough support until you are fully accustomed to the job.
You can aim to acquire care worker qualifications while working.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a care facility, or Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 equivalent.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to report and share information properly.
Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job.
Working Hours & Shifts
7:00 – 16:00
11:00 – 20:00
8:00 – 17:00
(Night shift) 17:00 – 9:00 (next day)
Break time: 60 minutes per day / 180 minutes for night shift.
Starting times may vary slightly depending on business needs.
Days Off / Holidays
Shift system.
9 days off per month (8 days in February).
107 annual holidays.
Paid leave available with prior request.

Salary
Estimated annual income: 3.5 million JPY (including overtime and allowances).
Example: 21 working days × 8 hours × ¥1,260/hour = ¥211,680 per month.
Night shifts increase working hours (13 hours per shift).
Additional night shift allowance: ¥2,000 per night.
