Overview
As many companies push forward with digital transformation (DX), there is a growing shortage of skilled professionals and know-how in digital marketing. At the same time, demand for leveraging generative AI in content creation and data analysis is rapidly increasing.
As a Marketing Director, you will lead digital-channel-based promotions aimed at expanding client companies’ sales of services and products. Since client challenges range widely—from lead generation to lead nurturing to customer success—you will support clients end-to-end, from data-driven planning to execution. By using marketing tools and generative AI for content creation and data analysis, you will deliver efficient, high-quality marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Marketing Strategy Planning and Execution
Develop marketing strategies to achieve client business goals.
Lead cross-functional projects beyond individual measures.
Improve overall marketing processes and design mechanisms to enhance efficiency.
Data-driven Improvements and Support
Utilize MA and BI tools to monitor multiple projects and initiatives.
Continuously test hypotheses and propose data-driven improvements to maximize results.
Support clients through execution and operational follow-ups.
Marketing Process Optimization
Drive automation and efficiency in day-to-day marketing operations through new technologies such as AI agents and automation tools (e.g., UiPath).
After several weeks of onboarding training, you will join client projects and be responsible for communication design, campaign planning, execution, verification, and proposing improvements.
Work Environment
Remote work is encouraged, with flexible working arrangements (flextime system).
Team members range from early 20s to around 40, gender ratio about 50:50.
Average overtime: ~20 hours/month (varies by season and project).
Open communication culture with regular team meetings, 1-on-1s, and chat tools for daily Q&A.
Compensation
Annual Salary (Estimated): JPY 5,000,000 – 8,000,000
Monthly Salary (Estimated): JPY 333,809 – 530,488
Base salary: JPY 248,700 and above
No fixed overtime allowance (overtime paid separately, by the minute)
Working Hours
Flextime system (core time: 11:00–16:00)
Standard hours: 9:00–18:00 (1-hour break)
Overtime: average ~20 hours/month (compensated separately)
Contract Terms
Regular employment (no fixed term)
