Role Overview
You will be responsible for the planning, design, development, testing, and operation of systems related to Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
Address challenges faced by the sales division by driving DX initiatives and business process improvements.
Reform existing systems, centralize and utilize data, leverage MA tools, and actively engage in process breakdown to realize the ideal system structure.
Plan and develop digital solutions using the Salesforce platform to support back-office DX and data integration.
Communicate with the planning division to organize business requirements, prioritize tasks, and promote system development from an engineering perspective.
Perform custom development on Salesforce using Apex.
Manage team tasks and progress.
Mission
Promote digital transformation and operational efficiency through Salesforce solutions.
Explore AI utilization on Salesforce.
Lead technical decision-making and potentially act as Tech Lead in the future.
Initial Assignments
After joining, you will start by learning about our products/services and building relationships with stakeholders. Over time, you will take on:
Requirements definition, development, task management, design, implementation, testing, release, operations, and maintenance.
Technical verification and new service introduction.
Service improvement initiatives and performance optimization.

Position: Full-time (permanent)

Probation Period: 3 months (no change in compensation)

Compensation
Annual Salary: JPY 5.17M – 7.62M
Monthly Salary: JPY 372,600 – 549,000 (based on 160 working hours)
Base salary: JPY 292,500 – 431,000
Fixed overtime allowance: JPY 80,100 – 118,000 (35 hours included; additional hours paid separately)
Salary Review: Twice a year (January & July)
Bonus: Twice a year (June & December; based on company performance and individual evaluation)
