Overview
You will be responsible for planning service improvements, defining requirements, coordinating specifications, and directing development for our restaurant online reservation service.
Details
Plan and propose improvements for the online reservation service
Manage development direction for in-house services
Negotiate development requirements with internal and external stakeholders
Create WBS, requirement definitions, specifications, and manage progress using tools such as Slack, Confluence, JIRA, etc.
Coordinate with related departments

This role allows you to be directly involved in the planning and improvement of our main business, the Rakuten Gurunavi media service. You will play a key role in solving challenges for both consumers and clients in the area of online reservation services.
Team Structure
1 full-time employee (male) + outsourced staff
Work Style
Primarily remote work.
Office attendance is optional (can attend only morning/afternoon if preferred).
Weekly meetings via Google Meet, with additional service or issue-resolution meetings as needed.
Recently, there is one offline meeting per week, so ideally candidates should live within commuting distance to the headquarters. However, candidates living in other regions may also be considered depending on experience.

Monthly Salary: ¥372,600 – ¥549,000
Basic Salary: ¥292,500 – ¥431,000
Fixed Overtime Allowance: ¥80,100 – ¥118,000 (covers 35 hours)
Raises: Twice a year (January, July)
Bonuses: Twice a year (June, December; based on company performance and individual evaluation)

Required
At least 1 year of experience in planning or improving web services
Preferred
Experience in web direction (progress management, development coordination, etc.)
Project management experience
Knowledge or experience in development (e.g., relational database design, information security, coding experience)
