Job Description
We are seeking motivated individuals to join us as Construction Site Supervisors (施工管理).
Your role is to ensure that construction projects run safely and smoothly, acting as the “command center” that coordinates everyone involved — from skilled workers to partner companies. Even if you have no prior experience, you can take part in projects that shape cities and create buildings that stand as landmarks for generations.

Key Responsibilities

Progress Management: Adjust construction schedules and ensure projects stay on track

Safety Management: Confirm and enforce on-site safety rules for all workers

Quality Management: Check that construction matches the blueprints and meets quality standards

Coordination: Conduct meetings with subcontractors and skilled workers to align on tasks

Documentation & Reporting: Take site photos, prepare documents, and manage attendance records

You’ll begin with simple support tasks such as taking photos and checking safety lists. With experience, you’ll grow into a core team member capable of leading large-scale construction projects.

Why This Job Is Attractive

Work on Landmark Projects: From skyscrapers and shopping complexes to hospitals and condominiums, your work will shape the urban landscape and remain for decades.
