Job Description
After joining the company, you will first attend a 1-month C language training course. Based on your aptitude and potential, you may then receive an additional 1-month microcontroller training course.
After completing the training, you will be assigned to work at a client site (such as a major manufacturer) on a dispatched basis.

You may be required to take an online test to assess your skills and aptitude.

Training content: Mainly C language and microcontroller embedded control development.

Assignment industries vary widely, but most positions will utilize the IT knowledge gained during training.

Please note that there is a possibility of being assigned to non-IT positions.

Compensation

Annual Salary
¥3,360,000 – ¥7,270,000

Monthly Salary
¥220,000 – ¥550,000

Base salary: from ¥187,000

Fixed job allowance: from ¥33,000

Overtime allowance: full payment depending on hours worked

During training: base salary only (job allowance not paid)

¥7.27M / 41 years old (monthly salary ¥470,000 + OT + 2 bonuses)

¥6.23M / 33 years old (monthly salary ¥400,000 + OT + 2 bonuses)

¥4.33M / 26 years old (monthly salary ¥270,000 + OT + 2 bonuses)
(Based on approx. 15h overtime)
