Job Description
Background

As the leading company in electronic contracts, the firm is driving workstyle reform in Japan.
Its flagship product, CloudSign, holds the No.1 market share in the electronic contract market and has expanded into the CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) market with the release of AI contract review SaaS and contract management SaaS.
These new products have already attracted significant interest, and to further improve conversion rates, the company is strengthening its lead follow-up system by expanding its inside sales team.

Position Overview

You will be responsible for proposing AI contract review services and contract management services to clients ranging from small businesses to enterprise-level companies.
Your mission is to create new customer touchpoints and generate sales opportunities. Through phone calls and emails, you will carefully listen to client needs and propose solutions, thereby creating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Create business opportunities from customer lists acquired by the marketing team

Utilize market research data and internal systems (CRM, SFA) to plan and execute effective sales strategies

Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels to identify needs and issues

Manage the entire process from opportunity creation to smooth handover to field sales representatives

About the Service / Division

CloudSign®
CloudSign® is a contract management platform that enables end-to-end digital contract workflows, from signing to management and AI-assisted review. It complies with Japan’s Electronic Signature Act and uses electronic signatures and timestamps for secure and smooth transactions. In 2023, it became the first general-purpose electronic contract service in Japan to introduce “My Number Card signature.” With AI-driven features, it significantly reduces contract processing time and is the market’s No.1 service.

Division: CloudSign Business Division, Business Strategy Department, CLM Growth Team
This department is responsible for developing and executing business strategies for CloudSign’s rapid growth. The team drives DX adoption among clients through proposals leveraging AI contract check SaaS and contract management SaaS, across SMEs and enterprise companies.

Salary

Annual Salary: ¥4,060,200 – ¥5,759,028

Monthly Salary: ¥338,350 (including ¥88,100 fixed overtime pay) – ¥589,168 (including ¥124,900 fixed overtime pay)

Fixed overtime pay covers 45 hours per month; additional hours are compensated separately.

Final offer will consider current salary and experience.

Qualifications

Required:

At least 1 year of B2B appointment-setting (phone-based) experience or

At least 1 year of intangible B2B sales experience

Preferred:

B2B SaaS sales experience

Solution sales / consultative sales experience

Knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, or other SFA/MA tools

Experience in designing sales training programs

Team leadership or management experience

Experience in organizational or business launch
