Job Description
As a construction site manager for interior design projects, you will be responsible for the entire process from ordering to on-site and process management, completion, and handover.
Upon joining, you will participate in training at the Tokyo head office (1–2 days). Travel and accommodation expenses will be covered by the company.
Main Clients
Saizeriya, Studio Alice, Nursery Schools, Tsukiji Gindaco, Sushiro, as well as major restaurant chains, hotels, and childcare facilities.
Background of Recruitment
Until now, we have focused mainly on projects in the Kanto region, but due to increasing demand in the Kansai region, we are opening a new Osaka branch office. We are looking for colleagues to expand our business together.
Salary
Annual salary: ¥4.4 million – ¥6.7 million
Monthly salary: ¥338,600 – ¥513,700
Base salary: ¥232,000 – ¥352,000
Fixed overtime allowance: ¥106,600 – ¥161,700 (60 hours/month included)
Overtime in excess of the fixed amount will be paid separately
Bonus: available (previous results: 1 month)
Allowances: transportation (per company regulations)
Working Hours
Standard working hours: 8 hours/day
Flexible working hours with core time: 10:00 – 16:00
Break: 60 minutes
Overtime: Yes (fixed overtime included as above)
Probation Period
6 months (no changes in conditions)
Holidays & Leave
120 days off per year
Full 2-day weekends (Saturday & Sunday) + public holidays
Paid leave: 10–20 days per year

Required: At least 1 year of experience in interior construction management
Preferred: Experience in renovation or office interior projects; willingness to work on-site
