Job Description
Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing multiple client companies and supporting them in achieving their recruitment goals. This role is ideal for those who want to build a global career, as it involves business trips to Korea about once or twice a month.
Main Responsibilities
Conduct hearings on client hiring needs and provide tailored proposals
Provide consulting and support throughout the recruitment process for Korean talent
Propose and accompany clients to recruitment events held in Korea
Detailed Duties
Specifically, you will work closely with clients to understand their hiring background—for example, why they want to hire Korean talent, how many candidates they aim to hire, and what skills and experience are required. Based on these insights, you will support clients in attracting and securing the right candidates.
You will collaborate with career advisors to provide end-to-end recruitment support—from refining job postings, attracting candidates, and assisting in the selection process to extending job offers.
Business Development Approach
This role does not involve cold calling or door-to-door sales. Most new client opportunities come from marketing leads, executive referrals, inbound inquiries, and introductions. Since many clients are large companies expanding globally, we prioritize efficient and relationship-driven approaches over traditional cold sales.
Our Service
We provide Japan’s only recruitment service specialized in hiring Korean talent. Our clients range from large enterprises to startups across diverse industries. In addition to consulting, we also organize recruitment events in Korea, inviting Japanese companies to meet motivated Korean candidates eager to pursue careers in Japan. Many participants express gratitude, saying, “Thanks to this service, I was able to find a job in Japan,” which makes the work highly rewarding.
