Must be residing in Japan

Currently employed under a Specified Skilled Worker (Caregiver) visa

Preferred Qualifications

Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher

Applicants with relevant certifications or experience will be given additional consideration

Job Description
You will provide caregiving services at a paid nursing home (54 rooms in total), including:

Assistance with meals

Assistance with bathing

Assistance with toileting

Assistance with dressing

Daily life rehabilitation support

Planning and organizing recreational activities and events

◎ Approximately 17 rooms per floor
◎ Most residents are relatively independent

Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)

Probation Period
Yes (3 months, no change in conditions)

Working Hours

Shift system (Break: 60 minutes)

7:00 – 16:00

8:30 – 17:30

10:00 – 19:00

11:00 – 20:00

14:00 – 23:00 (evening shift allowance provided)

22:30 – 7:30 (night shift allowance provided)

Salary Details (Full-time Employees)

Monthly Salary: JPY 215,000 – 267,500

JPY 257,500 – for unlicensed, inexperienced staff
(Includes special improvement allowance JPY 45,000, 5 night shifts, and 5 evening shifts)

Salary may be higher for experienced caregivers

JPY 4,050,000 – Leader, Certified Care Worker

JPY 4,350,000 – Chief, Certified Care Worker

Night shift allowance: JPY 6,500 per shift (approx. 5 shifts/month)

Evening shift allowance: JPY 2,000 per shift (approx. 5 shifts/month)

Qualification allowance:
・Home Helper Level 2 / Initial Caregiver Training: JPY 3,000/month
・Practical Training Certification: JPY 7,000/month
