Job Description
You will be responsible for caregiving duties at a geriatric health services facility (100 beds in total, 20 beds per floor).
Assistance with meals
Assistance with bathing
Assistance with toileting
Assistance with dressing
Daily life rehabilitation support
Planning and organizing recreational activities and events

Night shift allowance: JPY 6,500 per shift (approx. 5 times/month, depending on assigned floor)

・Certified Care Worker (Kaigo Fukushi-shi): JPY 10,000
・Caregiver Level 2 / Initial Training: JPY 3,000
・Practical Training: JPY 7,000
・Certified Social Worker: JPY 10,000
