Job Description
Mission of the Organization/Team
In line with our HR policy of "empowering individuals who take ownership to realize our vision and mission," the HR Strategy Division works together across HR Planning, Labor Relations, General Affairs, and Recruitment to identify short-term and mid-to-long-term challenges, transforming them into missions to be achieved. Responsibilities
Based on the company’s business strategy and headcount plan, you will be responsible for planning and executing mid-career and new graduate hiring strategies, as well as formulating and managing recruitment budgets. You will also play a key role in executive-level hiring (CxO, VP) by working closely with the CEO, executives, and organizational leaders.

Main Duties

Develop recruitment strategies and tactics

Formulate and manage recruitment budgets

Build internal momentum to achieve hiring goals

Collaborate with directors/executive officers on executive-level recruitment (CxO/VP)

Define hiring requirements in partnership with organizational leaders

Represent the company at recruitment events

Plan team headcount and manage/mentor HR team members

You will first leverage your experience in relevant responsibilities. Through challenges and achievements aligned with our vision and mission, you can advance to become Head of Recruitment, leading the company’s talent acquisition strategy.

Salary

Annual salary: ¥7,000,000 – ¥10,000,000

Monthly salary: ¥583,333 – ¥833,333

Base salary: ¥432,989 – ¥618,556

Fixed overtime allowance: ¥150,344 – ¥214,777 (covering 45 hours/month of overtime & holiday work)

Note: If hired as a managerial position, the above overtime allowance will not apply.

Working Hours

Flextime system

Standard working hours: 10:00–19:00 (8 hours actual work)

Core time: 11:00–16:00

Probation Period
6 months (in accordance with company regulations)

Requirements
Must have (any of the following)

Leadership or management experience in a corporate recruitment team

Mid-career and new graduate recruitment experience

Experience collaborating with and developing external recruitment partners

Experience in CxO/VP-level recruitment

Preferred

Experience with recruitment KPI design and data analysis

Recruitment budget management

Experience introducing or migrating ATS systems

Education
University, Graduate school, College, or High school graduate
