You will be responsible for developing a paperless business support system to assist the digital transformation (DX) of manufacturing operations in Osaka. You can leverage your strengths and areas of interest across various stages of the development process.

[Development Environment]

Backend: Language → C#, Framework → ASP.NET Core, EF Core

Frontend: Language → TypeScript, Framework → React

Database: PostgreSQL, Oracle

[Example Tasks]

Requirements Definition & Basic Design: Conduct business analysis and design based on client hearings

Implementation & Development: Build UI with React + TypeScript; Backend using C# (ASP.NET Core)

Testing & Improvements: Function validation, performance tuning, bug fixes

Post-release Operations: Additional feature development and updates

Working Style

Flextime system

Full 5-day work week (Saturday/Sunday off, national holidays off)

100% parental leave utilization (including 3 male employees)

Overtime pay fully covered (no fixed overtime allowance)

Salary

Annual salary: JPY 4,000,000 – 7,000,000

Determined based on experience, age, and skills

No fixed overtime pay system; overtime paid to the minute

Salary system: Annual salary (Associates and Leaders receive 1 month’s base pay in July and December)

Salary review: Once a year (October)

Bonus: Performance-based bonus (depending on company results)

Working Hours

Flextime system, 8 hours standard per day

Core time: 11:00 – 12:00

Qualifications

[Required / MUST]

Minimum 3 years of recent hands-on development experience

At least 3 years of experience with C# or Java, OR at least 3 years of professional experience with TypeScript or JavaScript

Must reside in Kansai area or Aichi Prefecture
(Those willing to relocate to Nagoya are especially welcome!)
