Main Responsibilities
You will join a team engaged in sensing, image processing/recognition, and embedded software development, focusing on AI and image processing design and development, as well as project leadership.
AI / image recognition and image processing development
∟ Requirement definition, basic design, detailed design, review, implementation, evaluation, tuning, client communication, and proposal/estimation preparation

Working Conditions
Working Hours: 8:45–17:30 (45-min break)

Scope of Work Location (possible changes):
Headquarters (Takatsuki, Osaka) and other offices in Kadoma, Moriguchi, Daito (Osaka), Sapporo (Hokkaido), Yokohama (Kanagawa), Kusatsu (Shiga), as well as remote work or designated client/partner sites.

Compensation
Annual Salary: ¥6.1M – ¥7.6M
Monthly Salary: ¥390,000 – ¥486,000
Base Salary: ¥326,000 – ¥406,000
Example:
Role-based compensation system — approx. ¥7M annual salary (Monthly ¥385,000 + 25 hrs overtime + bonus of 4.4 months)
Bonuses: Twice annually (June, December) — past record: 4.4 months
