Main Responsibilities
Serve as a Project Leader for system testing of IoT devices, AI/Cloud systems, FA equipment, business equipment, automotive equipment, and various application software
Act as the customer contact for project management, including estimation, coordination, progress management, and delivery
Lead system testing activities, including requirement analysis, planning, specification design, execution, reporting, results analysis, and progress management
Propose improvements in system testing methodologies
Project Examples
Verification of smartphone-linked apps for IoT home appliances (test design and evaluation based on product specifications)
Verification of agricultural machinery auto-driving monitors, contributing to “Smart Agriculture”
Verification of aviation crew systems
Verification of AV devices such as televisions, Blu-ray recorders, and Blu-ray players
Automation testing (improving test process efficiency)
Verification of servo amplifiers, gas meters, storage batteries, and fuel cells
Support for in-vehicle product development
Application Requirements
・Software development and verification/evaluation work
・System test project leader experience
∟ IoT-related devices, systems (AI, cloud, etc.), automotive, medical devices, various applications
Preferred Qualifications
・Experience in vulnerability assessment for embedded devices/control systems, AI, cloud, and various application software
・JSTQB (Advanced Level), IVEC (Levels 1-5)
・Basic Information/Applied Information

Scope of Work Location
Headquarters in Takatsuki City, Osaka, and other company-designated locations including Kadoma, Moriguchi, and Daito (Osaka), Sapporo (Hokkaido), Yokohama (Kanagawa), Kusatsu (Shiga).
May also include remote work, client sites, or assignment to affiliated companies.

Annual Salary
¥7.8M – ¥11.0M
Monthly Salary
¥496,000 – ¥665,000
Base Salary
¥415,000 – ¥665,000
Note: Annual salary above ¥9M includes overtime allowance as part of annual compensation.
Example:
Role-based grade / Annual income ¥7M: Monthly salary ¥385,000 + overtime allowance (25 hours/month) + bonus (4.4 months)
