Job Description
We are seeking a professional Supervisor to lead monitoring, operations, and management of cloud systems. This role focuses primarily on AWS cloud system maintenance, server and network management, security monitoring (SOC), and SIRT support, while leading a team to resolve client challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Management Duties
Make decisions and provide instructions regarding escalations from staff at assigned sites, including incident handling
Client communication, negotiation, and reporting
Review of reports, manuals, and related documentation
Monitoring & Operations
Manage inventory control, access control, physical security protection, and system/network monitoring
Handle system failures and incidents
Non-routine Operations
Lead initiatives for operational improvements, trend analysis, resilience strengthening, and implementation of monitoring requirement enhancements

Compensation
Annual Salary: JPY 5,000,000 – 6,000,000
Salary Form: Annual salary system
Breakdown:
Base Salary: JPY 4,080,000 – 4,908,000
Fixed Overtime Pay: JPY 70,000 – 91,000/month (covers 30 hours). Additional overtime is paid separately.
Monthly Salary: JPY 410,000 – 500,000 (12 installments, including allowances)
Other Details:
Salary determined based on experience and ability
Pay raise: Twice a year (April, October)
Bonus: Profit-sharing (depending on company performance)
Example: 3rd year employee earns approx. JPY 450,000/month
Average annual income: JPY 5.5 million
Working Hours
9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (8 working hours/day, 1-hour break)
Contract Period
May start as contract employee; conversion to full-time (permanent) after 6 months is standard.

3 months (no change in conditions)

Requirements
Required:
At least 5 years of experience in system construction/operations
Preferred:
Team leadership experience
AWS operations/development or system development experience
Ability to read/write technical documentation in English
Education
Graduate school, university, vocational school, high school, or junior high school
