The company conducts many direct transactions with major clients, including business companies that implement systems and system integrators (SIs) that develop and provide them. Its marketing target is primarily B2B, focusing on national clients.
Based on its established market, Valtes is transforming into a system integrator and tool/platform provider. As part of this shift, positions involving organizational development, marketing strategy planning, and execution are expected.
Job Description
Marketing for Product/Service Growth
You will be responsible for planning and executing various promotional measures—digital and offline—committed to the growth of the company’s tools and services.
Digital Marketing
With an average growth rate of 128% over the past three years and achieving the first IPO under the Reiwa era (transferred to the Growth Market in April 2022), the company is steadily expanding. Based on management strategy, you will plan and implement marketing measures. Using MA tools and analytics, you will execute and analyze marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for those who enjoy research, analysis, forming hypotheses, and validation, as well as those who want to bring creative ideas to life.
Websites & Advertising Planning
You will manage branding and marketing strategy through service/recruitment websites and promotional videos, from planning to release. Candidates with strong expressive skills and the ability to objectively evaluate from the customer’s perspective are welcome.
Event Marketing
The Valtes Group participates in exhibitions several times a year and holds regular seminars and webinars. You will plan and operate these from a product perspective.
Other Responsibilities
You will also support sales pitch materials, prioritize product feature development, and participate as a project member. Projects are advanced collaboratively with sales and development teams, not marketing alone.
Attractiveness of the Position
This position is responsible for accelerating marketing initiatives (online and offline) to drive revenue growth of Valtes Group solutions and products. You will analyze target markets/customers, create engagement opportunities, and directly contribute to sales.
Since transitioning to a holding company structure in 2023, this role also involves planning and executing marketing across group companies. You will need speed in execution, as well as the ability to understand customer challenges and sales flows and propose new initiatives proactively.

The Marketing Department is a relatively young team of members mainly in their 20s and 30s. Salary
Annual Salary: ¥3.5M–¥5M
Monthly Salary: ¥240,000–¥370,000
Bonus: Twice a year (May, November)
Salary revision: Once a year
Determined based on experience, skills, and previous salary
Working Hours
9:00–18:00 (1-hour break), 8 hours actual work
Flextime system available (core time: 10:00–15:00)

Required Qualifications
Experience in B2B product/service marketing
Experience with web access analytics
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of MA tools or CRM (operation not required)
Experience with product launches or market research
Experience managing WordPress or other CMS
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience using Google Analytics or BI tools
Sales experience for products/services
