Job Description
Responsibilities
Contract processing, order processing
Invoice processing, sales processing
Preparing audit documents and survey forms
Data aggregation and report creation
General administrative tasks (phone calls, visitor reception, filing, mailing, etc.)
Compliance with legal/regulatory revisions
You will enter data into systems, prepare various documents based on requests from sales staff, and coordinate with other departments (legal, accounting, etc.). You may also handle customer inquiries and conduct internal coordination.

Compensation
Expected Annual Income: ¥3,500,000 – ¥4,500,000
Base Monthly Salary: ¥210,000 – ¥280,000
Determined based on experience, skills, and previous salary
Includes 2 annual bonuses (May & November)
Salary Revision: Once a year
Working Hours
9:00 – 18:00 (1-hour break), 8 hours actual work
Flextime system available (core time: 10:00 – 15:00)

Candidate Requirements
Required
At least 3 years of recent experience in sales administration (e.g., invoice handling, contract processing, order management) as a full-time employee
Preferred
5+ years of experience in sales administration
Experience working in an IT-related company
