Job Description
Department Overview
This division specializes in the design and construction management of electrical and telecommunication equipment. We handle a wide range of projects, including new building electrical installations and comprehensive renovation work for existing facilities. Our services cover the entire cycle—from proposal and design to construction and maintenance. Clients include government agencies, telecom carriers, and private sector customers, with extensive regional collaboration.
In recent years, we have focused on carbon-neutral initiatives, such as renewable energy, energy-saving systems, and green data centers. Leveraging cutting-edge technology, the division actively contributes to solving environmental issues.
Hiring Background
To accelerate our carbon-neutral initiatives, we are recruiting additional engineers with expertise in energy-saving electrical systems (extra-high/high-voltage equipment, power transformation, lighting) and green data center (liquid immersion and other cooling systems) construction management. We aim to expand the business and develop future leaders in this field.
Role
As a Construction Management Engineer, you will manage projects in electrical and telecommunication systems. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of work, from general electrical construction to HVAC and ICT systems integration. You will collaborate with partner vendors to propose solutions to clients, prepare estimates, manage projects, and provide operational and maintenance support, acting as a comprehensive systems integrator (SIer).
Key Responsibilities
Manage electrical and telecommunication construction projects for new buildings
Oversee renovation projects for existing buildings and factories (electrical, HVAC, and related facilities)
Supervise installation of stadium/public facility lighting and large-scale display systems
Lead proposal activities for energy-saving systems and green data centers (liquid immersion cooling, etc.)
Build security systems (sensors, cameras, etc.) for airports and ports
Scope of Work: Duties as defined by the company.
