[Job Description]
(1) Agile Coach
Support customers in their agile development efforts.
・Launch agile projects and introduce new Scrum initiatives.
・Provide coaching and advice for agile projects.
・Support the creation of an organizational culture conducive to agile development, as well as the development of personnel, training, and systems.
(2) System Development Support
Support customers in the execution of their development projects.
• Provide hands-on support as a Scrum Master for Agile execution.
• Support customers' development projects as a system development PM.
* Depending on the customer's Agile maturity level, we may start as a waterfall development PM.
(3) Large-Scale Agile Consultant
Support the introduction and utilization of large-scale Agile frameworks (SAFe).
• Conduct training as a SAFe trainer for large-scale Agile
• Support the introduction of large-scale Agile (SAFe)
(4) Digital Strategy Consultant
Support executives such as CDOs/CIOs in addressing business issues related to technology/digital
• Support the formulation and execution of DX vision/strategy
• Provide support for DX
Support organizational transformation and digital talent development through an Agile approach
