Hiring Background

Due to the expansion of in-house services and contract development projects, the company is actively hiring full-stack engineers who can handle both new development and ongoing maintenance of web and mobile applications. Engineers with experience in cloud environments (e.g., AWS) or interest in AI-driven development efficiency are especially welcome.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and operate web applications

Support mobile app development (iOS/Android)

Work across both frontend (React, Vue.js, etc.) and backend (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.)

Design and build CI/CD pipelines

Propose and implement UI/UX improvements

Collaborate with QA teams on test design and execution

Development Environment

Languages: JavaScript (TypeScript), PHP, Python, Java, C, C++, C#, VB.NET, Ruby, Kotlin, Swift, Objective-C, Delphi

Work Environment

Remote work available (approx. 4–5 days/week depending on project)

Overtime: ~20 hours/month (100% overtime pay)

Flexible hours with core time (10:00–15:00)

Compensation

Annual salary: ¥5,000,000 – ¥8,000,000

Monthly salary: ¥410,000 – ¥550,000

Overtime pay: 100% paid separately

Trial period: 3 months (no change in conditions)

Annual salary review: Once per year

Evaluation system:
Performance is assessed via both technical skills and competency evaluation. For customer-site assignments, feedback is based on both client evaluations and in-house assessment.

Working Hours

9:00–18:00 (1-hour break) / 8 hours actual work

Requirements

Must-have:

Web application development experience (both frontend & backend)

Team development experience using Git

Experience with one or more frameworks (React, Vue.js, Laravel, Spring Boot, etc.)

Japanese communication skills (N1 level or 2+ years of work in Japan)

Preferred (not required):

Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, Docker, AWS

Test design and automation experience

Agile development experience

Experience with AI-based development
