Job Description

As a dedicated engineer for the current-to-new system comparison test automation solution “PerfecTwin”, you will be responsible for implementing and operating this cutting-edge automation tool.

PerfecTwin is the world’s only parallel verification solution that validates systems using actual transaction data. It captures real data from the existing system, applies it to the new system automatically, and tests for potential issues in real-time. This enables the identification and resolution of “latent issues” before the new system goes live.

Key Responsibilities

Support clients with the implementation of the current-to-new system comparison test automation solution

Propose comparison and regression tests using the tool

Plan, configure, implement, and execute tests with the tool

Support migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA

Collect and analyze quantitative data

Identify and resolve technical challenges during automation implementation

Conduct client hearings, develop automation plans and strategies

Coordinate with clients, team members, and external partners

Salary & Compensation

Expected Annual Income: ¥5,000,000 – ¥7,000,000

Monthly Salary: ¥280,000 – ¥530,000

Based on experience, skills, and previous compensation

Salary Revision: Once a year

Working Hours

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break), actual working hours: 8 hours/day

Flex-time system available (core time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

Working hours may vary depending on project or client assignment

Trial Period: 3 months (no change in compensation or benefits)

Annual holidays: 120+ days

Two-day weekends (Saturday, Sunday) + national holidays
Up to 4 Saturdays per year may be designated for company-wide policy meetings or training

Qualifications

Required

Knowledge and experience in software development

Understanding of (or interest in) infrastructure, especially networks

Experience or strong interest in software testing or quality assurance

Preferred

Experience using software development or testing tools

Experience coding in JavaScript

Personal Qualities

Interested in proposing and building automation solutions

Aspiring to gain project management experience in the future

Motivated to acquire specialized technical expertise

Passionate about learning new technologies and self-improvement

Strong communication skills

Education

Graduate school, university, vocational school, or high school graduates accepted
