Requirements

Must be able to work as a pair (two people), as this is a live-in position at the hotel. (Examples: married couples, partners, siblings, friends, etc.)

No English skills required

Must be able to perform basic PC typing (romaji input)

Housing

On-site accommodation provided (1LDK apartment inside the hotel, separate from guest rooms)

Contract

Initial term: 4 years (renewed annually after the first year)

Possibility to continue beyond 4 years

Eligibility for Application

Pairs of any kind: male-female, female-female, male-male, sisters, brothers, parent-child, Japanese & non-Japanese pair, or non-Japanese pair

After contract completion, various career paths available: independence, extension of contract, permanent employment, or corporate contract (managing 2–3 hotels)

About the Role
You and your partner (as General Manager and Deputy General Manager) will be entrusted with the management of an entire hotel.
Main responsibilities include:

Handling reservations, check-in/check-out, and breakfast service

Recruiting, training, and managing part-time staff

Basic accounting duties

Key Points

You will manage the hotel as a whole!

On-site housing is provided (no rent or utility costs)

No upfront investment required

Work with your partner, spouse, or close friend

Training
No experience required! A comprehensive 50-day training program will be provided at our training center, covering hospitality skills, customer service, and troubleshooting. (Training may be extended depending on progress.)

Training followed by assignment to one of our hotels nationwide (Japan) or overseas

Annual Income

11.5 million to 38 million yen (for two people, depending on hotel scale)

Paid on an annual salary basis, divided into 12 monthly payments

Example:

1st year: 11.5 million yen + incentives + performance bonuses

2nd year: 12 million yen + incentives + performance bonuses

3rd year: 12 million yen + incentives + performance bonuses

4th year: 12 million yen + incentives + performance bonuses

Total for 4 years: 47.5 million yen+

Incentive/Bonus System

Incentives: 600,000–4.8 million yen per year

Performance bonuses: Up to 4 million yen per year
(System subject to change based on economic conditions)

Working Hours

No fixed working hours (self-managed schedule)

No overtime (subcontracting basis)

Customer inquiries after midnight are handled by a separate call center, so work is limited to 0:00 at the latest

Holidays & Leave

No fixed annual holidays (subcontracting basis)

You may set your own days off

No paid leave (業務委託)

Compensation & Benefits

Commuting allowance: None (on-site accommodation provided)

Overtime allowance: None (subcontracting basis)

Housing: Fully furnished 1LDK apartment for two, utilities included at no cost
