Job Description

You will be responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of the company’s in-house security-related products. Depending on your career goals and skills, you may also take on leadership roles such as Project Manager of a development team (around 5 members). This is an environment where your ideas are welcome, and you can take initiative in proposing and implementing new projects.

Main Responsibilities:

Software development for the company’s products

Requirements definition, implementation, and testing in collaboration with product teams and other internal/external stakeholders

Operation and maintenance of software, including responding to customer inquiries

Managing the entire development process from requirements definition through implementation and testing

Planning and proposing new product ideas

Salary

Monthly salary: ¥250,000 – ¥500,000

Annual income: ¥4.5M – ¥7.2M

Experienced developers can expect offers in the ¥6M – ¥7.2M range

Salary determined based on experience, skills, and previous salary

Includes biannual bonuses (May and November)

Working Hours

9:00 – 18:00 (1-hour break) / 8 working hours per day

Flextime system available (core time 10:00 – 15:00)

Probation: 3 months (no change in conditions)

Required Qualifications

Must-have:

1+ years of system development experience

0.5+ years of system testing experience

Hands-on programming experience with Python

Preferred:

1+ years of customer support experience

1+ years of PL, PM, or PMO experience

Programming experience with JavaScript

Relevant certifications in security, development, or project management
