[Job Description]
You will work as an application engineer, mainly on various large-scale system construction projects for major clients in a wide range of industries, including manufacturers, telecommunications carriers, government agencies, local governments, Internet content providers, and financial institutions.
The company's team of experienced project managers in their 30s and 40s participates in projects from the earliest stages, including system planning and consulting. The company's recent business strategy is to build a higher quality technical infrastructure and organization through direct transactions with major manufacturers, telecommunications carriers, distributors, and local governments, as well as through collaboration with major SI companies. Therefore, in this position, you will receive technical training from upstream SE and on-the-job training from senior employees in the field, with the expectation that you will eventually become an upstream engineer/consultant. For mid- to long-term skill development and career building, we will determine which projects to assign based on individual preferences. This is an ideal environment for those who want to work with talented engineers, acquire the latest technologies, and gain experience in large-scale projects.
Our organization is composed of experienced consultants and engineers, and we have built up expertise in the areas of consulting and project management. We have many direct clients and collaborate with major SIers, so the biggest appeal of this position is the opportunity to gain experience in the most upstream processes.
Key points:
[About our business]
With the guiding principle of “leading social change as a business transformation designer through the use of cloud technology and data/AI,” we are focusing on DX solutions that address customer issues, such as digital shift, cloud shift, and data/AI utilization support for DX.
Going forward, we will continue to strive for further growth and increased corporate value in order to create new value for our customers as a BX designer.
[About the field]
Since its founding, ARI has actively focused on cloud technology, and today continues to take on new challenges based on cloud technology.
Beyond AI, healthcare, automation, and robotics, we are expanding our scope of activities to include new business development with major manufacturers and joint research with universities.
Our growth rate is 120% annually. We have set a goal of becoming a 10 billion yen enterprise group by 2025 and are striving to achieve it.
【Business Advantages】
To address the diversifying and increasingly sophisticated needs of our customers, “three-pronged design-driven development” is one of our company's strengths.
Typically, systems are developed by engineering companies, consulting is handled by consulting firms, and design is managed by design agencies.
However, relying solely on engineers or consultants often results in systems that are “usable but fail to solve problems” or “solve problems but incur excessive development costs.” At ARI, we have engineers from all three fields working together to provide true systems that customers can continue to use and that solve problems through use.
[In-House Services]
We are actively developing in-house services that crystallize the know-how gained from providing services to customers. Our representative in-house products include “LOOGUE (Rogue): AI Chatbot,” “ZiDOMA (Jidoma): File Server Analysis Data Migration,” and “Mieta (Mieta): Cloud Contact Center Analysis Management Service.” We plan to continue focusing on the development of our in-house services. Additionally, we provide services and conduct business with customers in various industries, not limited to any specific industry, to address their DX challenges.
