Job Description
You will be responsible for hiring 300 people per year to achieve global scale expansion. Rather than simply increasing headcount, you will work closely with managers in each department to pursue both organizational scale expansion and business expansion.

CADDi has undergone a business integration and is now entering its second founding period as a manufacturing AI data platform.
Since launching “CADDi Drawer” in 2022, the company has been growing at a pace that far exceeds T2D3.
Over the next three years, the company plans to develop dozens of applications with the potential to become unicorn companies, requiring the expansion of the entire organization.
We are recruiting to address “recruitment,” the most critical factor in achieving fundamental business results, not just in the short term but also in the medium to long term.

Salary:

Fixed overtime pay included: Monthly salary of ¥375,000 to ¥791,000 includes fixed overtime pay of ¥100,000 to ¥2,180,000 (equivalent to 45 hours) per month. Overtime pay exceeding 45 hours will be paid additionally.

Manager/Leader: Annual salary of 6 million to 9.5 million yen
Member: Annual salary of 4.5 million to 6.5 million yen

※The fixed overtime allowance includes 45 hours, and any excess hours will be paid separately.
