ARI is a DX company leading social transformation as a "Business Transformation Designer" through cloud technology, data, and AI utilization. As a BX Designer, we support our clients’ creative business goals by driving digital shifts, cloud adoption, and advanced data/AI solutions.

This position seeks a Project Manager / Project Leader (PM/PL) specializing in infrastructure for the “Comprehensive SI Division” within our BXD 2nd Business Domain, which focuses on large-scale development, deepening accounts, and business solution promotion.

The division handles many outsourced and quasi-delegated application development projects for user companies and major prime SIers. To ensure sustainable support and talent development, we are standardizing projects and building a strong talent pipeline. We are now looking for a PM/PL who can lead these initiatives.

Responsibilities

Manage infrastructure projects (servers, networks, cloud environments).

Engage in pre-sales activities such as client hearings and proposal preparation.

Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle: requirements definition, design, development, testing, and release.

Project planning, progress tracking, risk/quality management, stakeholder coordination.

Team building, task assignments, mentoring engineers.

Organize team structure, assign members, support and train junior engineers.

Oversee handover to operations, improvement proposals, and participation in standardization initiatives.

Collaborate with and manage partner companies.

Assignments are based on skills, preferences, and growth aspirations.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Negotiable (Estimated annual income: JPY 8M – 15M)

Raises & Bonuses:

Salary increase: once per year (September)

Work Hours: 9:00–18:00 (1-hour break)

Requirements

Must-Haves:

3+ years PM/PL experience.

3+ years infrastructure design/build experience (on-premise acceptable).

Proven experience in stakeholder negotiation, issue/risk management, and quality assurance.

Strong commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.

Experience in team management and mentoring.

Pre-sales experience.

PM certifications (e.g., PMP).

Cloud project experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
