Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Develop Windows-based applications, including:
Requirement definition, progress management
Design, implementation, testing, deployment
Project size:
Small (approx. 3 person/month) to medium (approx. 5 person/month)
Duration: Mostly medium- to long-term (about 6 months to 1 year)
Roles: Project Leader, Sub-leader, or Lead Programmer
Target Systems:
UI Development (C++, C#, WPF)
Device Control Systems (C++)
Image/Video Processing Systems (e.g., object detection, conversion)
Project Examples:
Studio-use camera control applications (remote-operated for professional use)
Applications for motor control and maintenance (e.g., simulate drone operations in virtual space with FPV support)
R&D software (e.g., 3D vibration measurement using 4K stereo cameras)
Photo and video management/editing applications
3D viewer for scanned data and device operation algorithm development
Real-time visualization of 3D acoustic spaces

Salary:
Annual Income: ¥6,100,000 – ¥7,600,000
Monthly Salary: ¥390,000 – ¥486,000
Base Salary: ¥326,000 – ¥406,000
Example: ¥7,000,000 = Monthly ¥385,000 + 25 hours overtime + Bonus (4.4 months)
