【Position Summary】
Development of AI models and systems (requirement definition to implementation)
Client meetings, cost estimates, and full project management
Examples include:
AI for blood sampling support / blood glucose prediction (in collaboration with universities)
AI image generation / object recognition
In-house project: "AI Mizomiru-kun" and more
【Work Style & Flexibility】
Full flextime system (standard 8:45–17:30)
Remote work negotiable
Full 5-day workweek (Sat/Sun off), 126+ holidays annually
Average overtime: ~25 hours/month
【Salary & Benefits】
Annual Salary: ¥6,000,000 – ¥7,600,000
(e.g. ¥7M = ¥385K/month + 4.4 months’ bonus)
Salary raise: annually / Bonuses: twice a year (June & December)
