Position: Technical Solution Engineer (TSE)

Employment Terms
Full-time permanent position

Discretionary work system (8-hour deemed working day)

Trial period includes flexible working hours (core time 10:30–16:30)

Annual salary: 6,000,000 – 12,000,000 JPY
(includes 45 hours of fixed overtime; excess paid separately)

Bonus: Twice a year (January & July)

Salary review: Annually, with rapid promotion potential

Workdays: Monday–Friday, weekends & public holidays off

Paid leave, year-end holidays, and refreshment leave included
