Bridge Planning & Design Engineer

Flexible working hours (core time: 10:00–16:30)
Standard: 8 hours/day + 45-minute lunch
Average overtime: less than 20 hours/month
◆ Salary & Compensation
Annual Income: ¥8,000,000–¥12,000,000
Monthly Salary: ¥450,000–¥670,000
*Determined based on experience, skills, and previous salary
Breakdown:
Base salary: ¥300,000–¥470,000
Managerial allowance: ¥80,000–¥100,000
Housing allowance (flat): ¥20,000
Technical allowance: ¥50,000–¥80,000
