◆About the Role
You’ll be managing HVAC and sanitary construction sites as a team leader.
Your responsibilities include project planning, drawing, on-site coordination, and quality/schedule/safety/cost management — a role with great social significance.
You’ll work on large-scale projects (e.g., semiconductor factory in Nagasaki) with chances to grow your skills in challenging environments.
◎ Work is done in small teams (2–3 people per site), with you as the site leader.
